Shipping & Delivery Info

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days following order placement. In some cases, we sell special collections where the lead-time may vary. In those cases, the lead-time will be communicated directly on the product page. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive on your doorstep.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING METHODS
We have several shipping options to choose from at checkout that range from 1-8 business days for delivery depending on the courier and level of service you select. The shipping rates provided are based on the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment. Below is an average of shipping times you can expect based on the shipping speed selected.  

Standard: 3-5 business days
Flat Rate: 3-5 business days 
Express: 1-3 business days
Overnight: 1 business days

If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Remember that our warehouse requires 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment and UPS does NOT count the day it receives shipping information as a "business day." Orders shipped via UPS will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have several shipping options to choose from at checkout that range from 1-20 business days for delivery depending on the courier and level of service you select. The shipping rates provided are based on the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment.

Our shipping prices do not include Import Duty and GST/VAT applicable in your country. As the recipient of record, import charges may be imposed upon you and you are responsible for paying these. All duties and taxes are calculated and charged by your local customs office and will vary from country to country and there is no way for the cost to be estimated in advance.

We deliver by a courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS. You will pay Import Duty and VAT to the courier and the courier will make a VAT invoice. 

REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT
If you decide to refuse any shipments from shop.buzzfeed.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Shop BuzzFeed. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 

 

Order Status

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email you can click a link in that notification to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information! Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second shipping notification via email.

If you're having trouble finding your order confirmation email or tracking your order, don't hesitate to email us at shop@buzzfeed.com (7 days a week, 8am-8pm ET). Just a note, once the package leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible to work with the carrier. But always feel free to let us know if we can assist!
